SHIPPING SCHEDULE: DOMESTIC
We process and ship orders Tuesday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 11am to 4pm, PST. We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days of being placed. If you need to make a change to your order or address, it can only be done if the order has not been fulfilled. Once an order ships, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order.
If you live in Corvallis, you can do in-store pick up.
Use code INSTOREPICKUP at checkout to deduct shipping from the total.
In-store pick ups are ready within 1 business day of the order being placed.
IN-STORE PICK UPS
Our 14 day return policy remains the same for in-store pick ups - 14 days begin from the day your order is fulfilled and is ready for pickup (you will receive an email). If order is picked up after 14 days, the return period will have expired, therefore you won't be able to return for exchange or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
To track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #.
Then simply go to www.USPS.com & track your package! If you have any additional

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost/ stolen packages please track your goodies,refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #.Then you must call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information.
