Returns

  • All orders placed on thegoldencrane.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. Please communicate with us for return approval BEFORE sending your return. 
  • While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange. We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange.
  • PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US BEFORE SENDING A RETURN. This saves you, and us, any miscommunication.
  • No returns or exchanges on Sale items. All sale or discounted items are final sale.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at thegoldencrane.com
