This is good advice for our wool socks as well. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWash separately. Do not wash your socks with towels or other rough items (for example, zippers) that will agitate the soft fibers in the wash cycle. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTurn inside out to wash and dry. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlacing your socks in a mesh laundry bag will also help with this. \u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBleaching is a no. \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNever (ever) bleach your socks, y’all- even if they are solid white. Using bleach on cotton or wool socks will cause the fibers to break down, resulting in holes in your socks.\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDrying\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo keep your socks feeling soft and to avoid unintended shrinkage over time, do not dry them in a hot dryer.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUsing a low temperature setting in the dryer is best for your socks.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDo not over dry them. This will reduce their softness and zap them of their vibrant colors over time. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThough it’s not necessary, our favorite way is line drying, especially our no show and anklet styles.
